Refund, Return & Cancellation Policy

1. Health Membership Plans

Our Health Membership Plans are annual healthcare programs designed to provide preventive healthcare benefits, consultations, and discounts. By purchasing a membership, you agree to the applicable Terms & Conditions.

2. Membership Cancellation

• Membership plans become active immediately after successful payment or activation.
• Once activated, membership cannot be cancelled during its validity period.
• The clinic reserves the right to cancel a membership if false or misleading information is provided during registration.

3. Refund Policy

• Membership fees are generally non-refundable after activation.
• Refunds will not be provided for unused consultations, diagnostic tests, discounts, or membership benefits.
• If a payment is deducted multiple times due to a technical error, the duplicate amount will be refunded after verification.
• Approved refunds, where applicable, will be processed through the original payment method.

4. Appointment Cancellation

• Patients are requested to inform the clinic as early as possible if they need to cancel or reschedule an appointment.
• Appointments may be rescheduled subject to doctor availability.
• Emergency situations may require appointment rescheduling by the clinic.

5. Consultation Fees

Consultation fees paid for completed consultations are non-refundable. In case a consultation cannot be conducted due to unavoidable circumstances from the clinic's side, patients may be offered a rescheduled appointment or another suitable resolution.

6. Diagnostic Tests & Healthcare Services

• Diagnostic tests already performed cannot be refunded.
• Complimentary tests included in membership plans must be used during the membership validity period.
• Unused complimentary services cannot be exchanged for cash or transferred to another person.

7. Return Policy

As our clinic primarily provides healthcare services and digital membership plans, there are generally no physical products eligible for return. If physical healthcare products are sold separately, applicable return conditions will be communicated at the time of purchase.

8. Failed or Duplicate Payments

In the event of a failed transaction or duplicate payment, please contact the clinic with your payment details. After verification, any eligible refund will be processed within the applicable banking timelines.

9. Exceptional Circumstances

Any request for cancellation or refund due to exceptional circumstances will be reviewed individually. The clinic's decision shall be final.
